Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the web application grafcet.io and the purchase of Pro licenses. By using grafcet.io and/or purchasing a Pro license, the user accepts these terms.

3. Service Description
Free Use
grafcet.io provides a free GRAFCET editor. This includes the creation and editing of GRAFCETs, export as SVG, PNG and PDF (with watermark), and local storage with up to 3 save slots.
Pro License
The Pro license includes the following additional features: cloud storage (unlimited), PDF export without watermark, PDF title block, GRAFCET simulation, export in .grafcetio format. Available as yearly license (29 EUR/year) or trial month (9 EUR/month, one-time). Volume licenses for schools and teams: 10 keys (249 EUR), 30 keys (499 EUR), 99 keys (999 EUR).
4. Contract Conclusion
The contract for a Pro license is concluded when the user completes the purchase process via the payment provider Lemon Squeezy and receives the license key by email. The license key confirms the successful conclusion of the contract.
5. Prices and Payment
The Pro license is available in the following variants: yearly license (29 EUR/year, 365 days validity), trial month (9 EUR, one-time, 30 days validity), volume licenses (10 keys: 249 EUR, 30 keys: 499 EUR, 99 keys: 999 EUR). In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged. Payment is processed via Lemon Squeezy. The following payment methods are available: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, SEPA, and Google Pay. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing and tax compliance.
6. License Key and Activation
After successful payment, the user receives a license key by email. This key is activated in the user account on grafcet.io. The license key is valid for 365 days (yearly license) or 30 days (trial month) from activation. Device changes are possible at any time, as the license is tied to the user account.
7. Term and Renewal
The Pro license has a term of 12 months (yearly license) or 1 month (trial month) from activation. There is no automatic renewal. The user can renew the license at any time by purchasing a new license.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Statutory rights of withdrawal apply. Details on the right of withdrawal can be found in the separate withdrawal policy on grafcet.io.
9. Limitation of Liability
The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for data loss is excluded insofar as the user has failed to perform adequate data backups. Service availability is not guaranteed. The provider endeavors to ensure uninterrupted usability but does not warrant it.
10. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy on grafcet.io.
11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
