Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to hi@grafcet.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for the reimbursement. Your license key will be deactivated after the withdrawal.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely when you activate the license key, as this begins the delivery of digital content. By activating the license key, you expressly consent to us beginning the delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal through this consent (§ 356 para. 5 BGB, German Civil Code).
