Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Seller and Contracting Party

The purchase of a Pro license is concluded with Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record / reseller). Your statutory right of withdrawal is therefore governed by the purchase contract with Paddle; Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply in addition.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Non-Activated Keys)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason, as long as the license key has not yet been activated. The period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract.

How the return works: Return the non-activated key via the self-service form at grafcet.io/widerruf — the refund to your original means of payment is processed by Paddle (5–10 business days depending on the payment provider). Alternatively by email to hi@grafcet.io.

Lapse of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content (§ 356 para. 5 BGB)

Performance of the contract begins with the activation of the license key. In doing so, you expressly consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and confirm your acknowledgment that your right of withdrawal thereby lapses. This consent and the notice of the lapse are additionally transmitted by confirmation email (durable medium under § 126b BGB).

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the amount paid is refunded and the license key is deactivated.
